Over two-thirds of small businesses fail. Thousands fail every month. The folks who started these businesses are no different than you and me. They started out with excitement, motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit as they clutched their new business opportunity, and in less than five years (sometimes within a month!) their dreams were deflated and they were back to living from paycheck to paycheck, taking orders from someone else.
So what’s going to make your experience any different?

I started my business 7 years ago on a shoestring (of course!). Within a few years, that little business made over a million dollars. What kills me is that I know it could have been ten times that much if I had known then what I know now.
What I needed was a small business guide….not just a manual with a bunch of tips, although that would have been great, too….but someone who had “been there, done that” who could walk me through the tough times and the difficult decisions, answer my questions (even the ones that I thought were “stupid questions”), and show me how others had done it right, so I wouldn’t have to make the same mistakes.
That’s what your small business guide is all about. Whether you are thinking about starting a small business part-time or you already have a business that is struggling, or you are ready to take your business to the next level, I can help.
Of course, I won’t do it alone. I’ll share my successful experience, but I’ll also point you to other experts who have been successful, too.
